Every Lumeon mascot is a unique, handcrafted piece of art. Because we prioritize quality and brand value, each project requires a dedicated production period, typically ranging from 3 to 5 weeks depending on the complexity of your custom design.

Once the production is complete, we will send you detailed photos and videos for your final approval. After you confirm the result, your order will be professionally packed and dispatched from our facility within 2 business days.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

We provide worldwide shipping through leading international couriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS to ensure your mascot arrives safely. Our standard express shipping usually takes 7 to 12 business days for most international destinations.

If you have an upcoming event and require faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping options with a 3 to 5-day turnaround for an additional fee. Please contact our team to arrange priority handling for your project.

3. Shipping Costs and Calculation

Shipping costs are determined by the destination and the dimensional weight of the package. Since mascot costumes are lightweight but occupy significant volume, carriers use a volumetric calculation to determine the final shipping rate.
